Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Content Specialist to contribute to the creation of high-quality visual assets that meet client expectations and brand guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing static and digital creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print collateral, and other client requirements
  • Managing multiple design assignments and collaborating with the creative, marketing, and production teams
  • Contributing to maintaining and elevating the agency's visual identity
  • Staying abreast of design trends and relevant tools to continually deliver innovative and engaging content

Required Skills:

  • Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Meeting turnaround times for all projects
  • Collaboration with internal teams for seamless incorporation of feedback
  • Active participation in internal brainstorming, workshops, or design reviews
  • Using professional editing tools and AI to improve output
  • Following company processes for efficient delivery
  • Regular reporting to managers

Growth Opportunities:

  • 0–3 Months: Deliver quality work on assigned brand creatives, gain proficiency in agency processes, and build strong working relationships with the team.
  • 3–6 Months: Take on a broader range of design assignments, offer ideas to enhance visual output, and participate actively in team brainstorming.
  • 6–12 Months: Demonstrate reliability across multiple campaigns and platforms; begin mentoring newer team members or interns on design tools and agency practices.
  • 12–18 Months: Progress to handling major campaigns, contribute to agency design standards, and support the Design Head with training, reviews, or special projects.
