Job Overview:
Amazon Payments Europe is an exciting place to work, and we're looking for a talented Prudential Risk Manager to join our team. This role involves providing second-line oversight and support for Prudential Risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory capital and liquidity requirements.

We're seeking a highly skilled individual with 5+ years of experience in 2LoD prudential risk support/advisory in a financial institution, licensed money transmitter, payments-related e-commerce function, consultancy, or bank. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a numerate subject and detailed technical expertise in Financial Risk and/or Prudential Risk (capital and liquidity).

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the risk management framework and risk appetite limits relating to prudential risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Accounting Departments to ensure effective prudential risk management.
• Develop and implement prudential risk reporting frameworks, including regulatory capital calculation, liquidity assessments, and setup of KRIs, early warning indicators, and stress-testing scenarios.
• Conduct regulatory oversight and implement new regulations into policies and procedures.
• Communicate prudential risk findings and recommendations to respective Board committees.
