About the Role

The SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultant will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP TRM solutions for AviinTech Business Solutions. This individual will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring the system, and providing expertise in treasury and risk management processes. The role is integral to optimizing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Support
    • Support the Practice Lead/Practice Head on strategy activities and road map definition.
    • Proactively inform of project delays and seek mitigation.
    • Proactively seek additional support within the practice on knowledge gaps.
  • Recruitment and Development
    • Participate in various recruitment drives and conduct interviews to identify resources with adequate skill sets and practice knowledge.
    • Be a role model, mentor, and guide for consultants in their team.
  • TRM Solutions and Expertise
    • Design and develop new TRM solutions to widen the product catalog.
    • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
    • Have at least two full lifecycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through GoLive).
    • Understand SAP Activate Methodology and have the ability to lead workstream activities on a project.
    • Have an understanding of integration between modules and lead detailed module-specific configuration and master data development.
    • Use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes, and solution roadmaps, as well as provide guidance to customers on release strategy.
  • Project Requirements
    • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience with TRM project implementations.
    • Have expert-level knowledge concerning SAP TRM.
    • Have an excellent understanding of Tax Authority business processes and legislation.
    • Follow industry trends and focus on becoming a thought leader in their area of expertise.
    • Be exposed to new technologies in the SAP space for functional considerations.
    • Be exposed to multiple implementation methodologies, such as ASAP, Activate, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.
    • Be able to communicate with customers confidently, convince/coach clients on the most appropriate solution, and agree on an effective way forward.
    • Have excellent communication skills in all areas (oral, aural, written).
    • Have strong coaching and leadership skills with an interest in consultants in their area of expertise.
    • Have strong presentation skills at all levels of engagement with the customer.
    • Have leadership and management skills for assigned team members.
