Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished and imaginative Graphic Design Specialist to spearhead our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Adobe InDesign. Additional proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is a plus. Experience in the jewellery or fashion industry will be given preference.

The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics for various digital and print mediums. This is a multifaceted role requiring someone who can take charge of all design requirements across digital, branding, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Branding & Identity: Logo design, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, pitch decks
  • Social Media & Digital: Creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, story templates)
  • Marketing Collaterals: Brochures, catalogues, event creatives, presentations, advertisements
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Basic animation, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions
  • Web & UI/UX Support: Website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, microsites
  • Photography/Editing Support: Retouching, compositing, visual mockups, 3D mockups (if skilled)
  • Conceptualization: Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand strategy
  • Consistency & Innovation: Ensure all design output is on-brand, high-quality, and creatively sharp
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency background preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Figma / Canva / CorelDraw (as added advantage)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, independent, and accountable — since this is a solo role for now
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of professional design experience (open to exceptional freshers with strong portfolios)
  • Exposure to luxury, jewellery, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
