Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day activities and oversee the technical output of an Engineering Centre.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Manage workloads and plan future tasks

  • Prepare accurate MIS reports and weekly KPIs for all divisions
  • Oversee the overall operations of the Centre

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in engineering software development or team management
  • A Master's degree in Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple subjects simultaneously
  • The capacity to report to multiple departments in a matrix organization
