Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a team driving business transformation and innovation. The Unify program aims to simplify and standardize processes, creating a seamless customer journey.

  • As a key member of the team, you will support this transformation by analyzing and evaluating change management strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure adoption and smooth transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute zones readiness for UNIFY deployment, defining actions and animating the process accordingly.
  • Own the planning, execution, and delivery of UNIFY Business Transformation projects, including Commercial Policy, CPQ Quotation Tool, and Rebate Transformation Program (Vistex), ensuring alignment with the UNIFY Roadmap and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Travel Requirements:

  • While regular travel is not expected, occasional domestic and international travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university/college; MBA preferred.
  • Overall experience of at least 8 years; at least 2-3 years in business analytics/research.
  • Collaborative work approach, problem solver, ability to work with ambiguous data.
  • Proactive and strong communication skills; Ability to engage with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of MS PowerBI and advanced MS Excel skills to aid analysis and data-driven decisions.
  • Project execution experience, preferably in business transformation or change management roles.
  • Experience of working in Greater India zone in Transactional and Services domain.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, creative, and confident, with the ability to articulate effectively at multiple organizational levels.
  • Commercial mindset is a plus.
