We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to collaborate with our team in developing engaging visual content for digital learning experiences. This role requires high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and a passion for visual storytelling.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, and a strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work. They must also be proficient in design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
Responsibilities:- Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.
- Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).
- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.
- Learn and contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary range, bi-annual appraisals, leaves with reimbursement, software charges borne by the company, health insurance, and a fitness allowance. The hiring protocol involves submitting a small assignment followed by an interview with our creative team.
Requirements:- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
