We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer to join our team at Vodafone. This role involves working as a Deputy Manager, focusing on IT operations expertise. Key responsibilities include managing incident management, problem management, and change management in the Pega domain at L2/L3 level. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with technical documentation, strong knowledge of SLA management, and deployment management. Ability to code independently under the guidance of a senior team member and perform root cause analysis under guidance are essential qualities.

The successful candidate will be able to articulate technical jargon in layman terms to business users, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and ability to suggest improvement measures proactively are also required.
