Job Description:
- Review requirements and systems analysis documents for completeness
- Create documented designs following agreed-upon patterns and standards
- Perform coding and unit testing independently and assist team members as needed
- Adhere to coding standards
- Communicate effectively with engineers, QE, and onshore teams
- Support QE during testing via defect fixes, code deployment, and clarifications
- Foster high-quality code through support of QE efforts, including mentoring, assistance, and automation tests as needed
- Collaborate with Deployment Lead and peer developers for project deployment activities
- Deliver technical artifacts for each project
- Mentor developers on technology and application knowledge as needed
- Identify opportunities to optimize applications
- Provide explanations and interpretations within your area of expertise
- Participate in application technical design with Application Architects on development projects
- Implement advanced performance and tuning
- Operate with minimal supervision across multiple environments and platforms
- Comply with employment contract terms, company policies, and directives
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Software Development life cycle experience
- Experience in RESTFUL Webservices
- Experience on Eclipse/IntelliJ Idea
- Experience in a global environment
- Experience in GIT & Gradle
- Java11 or higher, J2EE, Spring boot, MySQL, Angular, Node
- Good knowledge on containerization (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of CICD
- Excellent skills in development of web applications using Angular JS, Java11 or higher, Spring boot
- Good working knowledge in SPRING Framework & Spring Boot
- Solid knowledge of Relational Database MySQL
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile processes
- Exposure to Kafka Streams
- Ability to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute)
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Proven strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Monitoring tools using Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Public Cloud
Salary:$124,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
