Hardware Engineer for Advanced Technologies

Key Challenges
  • Design a PCB for a device that operates reliably in harsh environments.
  • Ruggedize hardware for devices that face sudden temperature and pressure changes.
  • Design ultra-low-power boards for IoT devices used in various applications.
  • Evaluate and improve hardware designs to meet regulatory and safety standards.
ResponsibilitiesHardware Design & Development
  • Design, prototype, and test PCBs for embedded and IoT devices.
  • Select, validate, and qualify electronic components for high-reliability use.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for hardware failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Support testing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Integration & Validation
  • Collaborate with engineers for end-to-end system integration.
  • Own hardware validation, debugging, and certification compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and design methodologies to enhance performance.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate design documentation and testing records.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and reliability standards across all deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in PCB design and hardware engineering.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Altium, Eagle, KiCAD).
  • Strong understanding of testing and certification processes.
  • Familiarity with ruggedization techniques and power optimization.
