We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of customer master data records in ERP systems.
This role involves setting up and ensuring proper configuration of customer profiles, including billing/shipping addresses, payment terms, credit limits, tax details, and contact information.
The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, strong attention to detail, and analytical skills. Additionally, they should be familiar with data privacy regulations and internal control frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate customer master data records in ERP systems.
- Configure and set up customer profiles, including billing/shipping addresses, payment terms, credit limits, tax details, and contact information.
- Perform customer data enrichment and validation using internal and external sources.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Master Data Management, preferably within OTC or Shared Services.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of OTC cycle and interdependencies of customer master data with credit, billing, and collection.
- Experience with data cleansing and enrichment tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel Macros, Access).
- Understanding of global tax requirements (e.g., GST, VAT, TDS).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
