Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our computer systems and infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain high-performance computing environments that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other computer systems to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve problems before they impact our operations.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems, to safeguard our data and systems from cyber threats.
  • Manage user accounts and access rights to systems and data, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases and ensure that our systems are properly licensed and compliant with industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to our users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
