Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of books of accounts in Tally related to revenue and investigating variances, addressing discrepancies.
  • Analyzing revenue trends and variances, developing revenue budgets, updating revenue forecasts.
  • Overseeing the accounts receivable process ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Preparing and reviewing aging reports, managing overdue accounts.
  • Monitoring aging reports and following up on outstanding invoices to minimize overdue payments.
  • Coordinating with internal teams such as sales, finance, and operations resolving billing discrepancies and disputes.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written communications).
  • Time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and under pressure.
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Tally ERP and Zoho books is an advantage.
  • Flexible, committed, driven.
  • Good level of self-efficacy relates to problem-solving and client service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Commerce graduate.
  • 3+ years of practical accounting experience preferably in a service industry.
