Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer for Mobile and Web Applications

We are seeking an experienced senior automation engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for mobile and web applications.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing scalable automation frameworks using Playwright or Cypress. They should also have hands-on expertise in mobile automation with tools such as Appium, and experience with API testing using relevant tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.
  • Develop clean, maintainable automation scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript for mobile applications.
  • Implement BDD scenarios using Cucumber/Gherkin.
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

Key Requirements:

  • Automation Experience: 4+ years building automation frameworks with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • End-to-End Testing: Hands-on expertise in Playwright and/or Cypress.
  • Mobile Automation: Solid experience in mobile automation, preferably using Appium or equivalent tool.
  • Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of testing methodologies: functional, regression, smoke, integration.
