**Job Description:**

Vlocity OmniStudio Technical Leads are responsible for spearheading the development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, encompassing OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.

As a key member of our development team, you will leverage your expertise in Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components, etc. to develop and maintain high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.

  • Lead the creation of scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Oversee integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be Vlocity certified, and have the ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead OmniStudio solutions from scratch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Vlocity and Salesforce development.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
