About the Role

The AVP - Talent Management is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of talent management strategies and programs.

This includes contributing to the development and execution of the People Strategy, taking responsibility for the overall delivery of Talent Management, and identifying high-potential employees and developing leadership development programs.

Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs and gaps, implement performance management systems to support employee development, facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives, and develop and monitor key performance metrics for talent management initiatives.

Furthermore, this role requires ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements within the talent management spectrum and driving a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • A master's degree in human resources or related field
