Senior AI Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior AI Software Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of our cutting-edge AI solutions, from architectural design and independent implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Implement AI Applications: Utilize Python and relevant frameworks to create robust and scalable AI applications.
  • Architect and Build Backend Systems: Design and implement efficient backend systems using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs): Integrate LLMs through APIs and other interfaces for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Optimize Vector Databases: Use vector databases like Chroma, Pinecone, or Weaviate for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management.
  • Implement Sophisticated Workflows: Develop and implement complex workflows using Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to drive project success.
  • Write Clean Code: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
  • Contribute to Technical Direction: Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our AI platform.
  • Deploy Solutions: Deploy solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with agentic frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Planning & Execution.
  • Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
