Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on complex statistical analysis projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will be responsible for performing statistical programming reviews of case report forms (CRFs), annotated CRFs, database structures, and statistical analysis plans (SAP) project documentation. You will also provide statistical programming support for assigned studies, including production and QC of analysis dataset specifications, analysis datasets, statistical analysis tables, data listings, figures, and statistical appendices.

Additionally, you will manage study-based risks and issues, and maintain supporting documentation in accordance with SOPs and Work Instructions to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance. You will contribute to the development of Statistical Programming standards and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

You will also be responsible for ensuring audit readiness and quality control for all assigned statistical programming deliverables, as well as accuracy and reliability of statistical analysis results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent programming skills and experience with statistical software packages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
  • Experience working with CDISC Therapeutic standards, GCP, and ICH guidelines
