Experience: 10+ years in media sales with strong exposure to digital and social media monetization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create monetization models for platform-native social posts
  • Branded live coverage for events and launches
  • Recurring IPs such as digital shows, topical explainers, meme-led series
  • Lead agency and client pitches end-to-end with creative + sales teams
  • Partner with internal editorial, brand solutions, and platform teams to deliver compelling sellable ideas
  • Identify sponsorship and native integration opportunities within content calendars
  • Build new categories and relationships with digital-first advertisers
  • Drive GTM strategy for high-impact days
  • Track performance, viewership, and monetization metrics; optimize for ROI

Requirements:

  • Prior experience closing large digital content and branded deals
  • Deep understanding of social platforms
  • Ability to convert editorial IPs into monetizable products
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills
