Job Title: Business Intelligence Data Analyst

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a skilled data analyst with experience in working on complex transformation programs. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality products that cater to customer needs.

  • Support the delivery of complex transformation program development within the data portfolio.
  • Work collaboratively with agile teams to create world-class products.
  • Perform business change, functional, and non-functional requirements analysis across stakeholders.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artefacts for development teams.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models adhering to agreed standards.
  • Undertake metadata analysis including naming logical entities and attributes.
  • Produce and maintain data models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling experience (4-10 years).
  • Financial domain and data analysis skills covering requirement gathering and elicitation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling, creating and delivering high-quality data models.
  • Maintain quality metadata and data related artefacts.
  • Self-starter approach with problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Liaise between business and technical teams to bridge gaps.
