Senior Speech Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate speech therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children.

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
  • Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children and their families.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with children with speech, language, and communication disorders.

About This Role:

  • Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.
  • Revise goals regularly based on each child's progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Conducting regular progress reviews with parents and obtaining signed feedback.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to collaborative care planning.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Child-centric, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy.
  • Proficiency with therapy tools and online systems.
