Custom WordPress Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive developer to help build high-performing, custom Dynamic WordPress websites from scratch.

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for converting Figma designs into fully responsive WordPress themes and developing custom WordPress plugins and themes as per project needs. You will work closely with our UI/UX and content teams to ensure seamless integration and optimize website performance by troubleshooting issues and staying updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and security practices.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in WordPress CMS, theme development, and plugin creation, as well as proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. You will also apply your solid understanding of Figma to WordPress conversion workflows, familiarize yourself with ACF, WooCommerce, Elementor, and other WP tools, and demonstrate knowledge of SEO best practices and responsive design.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom WordPress themes based on Figma designs.
  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins to enhance functionality.
  • Ensure all code is clean, secure, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and content teams for seamless integration.
  • Optimize website performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and security practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with WordPress CMS, theme development, and plugin creation.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Solid understanding of Figma to WordPress conversion workflows.
  • Familiarity with ACF, WooCommerce, Elementor, and other WP tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and responsive design.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with REST APIs and headless WordPress.
  • Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
