Job Title: Influencer & Collaboration Manager

This role involves building and managing relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners to drive business growth through content and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diligently identify and onboard relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.
  • Effectively manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiate collaboration deals that deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Ensure a consistent flow of engaging content (reels, styling videos, user-generated content) for marketing purposes.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators who align with our brand values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure influencer content aligns with ad campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Monitor key performance indicators: engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI from collaborations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations, preferably in the fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A well-established network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Knowledge of current UGC trends, Instagram, and YouTube best practices.
  • The ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships for maximum impact.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
