Service Provider Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Service Provider to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deep understanding of Cisco Mobility technologies, including:
    • Cisco Gateways (PGW, SGW, MGW, SAEGW)
    • Mobility Core Network Architecture (4G/5G)

  • Fundamental knowledge of Cloud-Native Mobility Infrastructure & Virtualization:
    • Experience or understanding of Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments for mobility solutions
    • Understanding of NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) and CNFs (Cloud-Native Functions) for service provider networks
    • Familiarity with deploying Cisco Mobility solutions on private/public cloud environments
    • Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Python) for managing cloud-based mobility workloads
  • Proven expertise in deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Mobility solutions
  • Experience with MOP creation & review
  • Presents client collateral, portals, documentation and knowledge transfer effectively
  • Aligns technical deliverables to customer business outcomes
  • Drives customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services
  • Complies with company policies and processes and utilizes relevant tools to execute the role and support Professional Services' strategies and goals

  • 5-10 years of experience in the field
