Job Overview

Colt Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Analyst, Accounting to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial accounting, including manual journal postings, P&L, BS, and reconciliations for Tier 1 countries.
  • Ensure accurate accounting in compliance with group policies and carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including sub-ledger closing.
  • Deliver high-quality variance analysis and commentaries with business justifications.
  • Manage complex UATs, participate in various projects/UATs, and reviews.
  • Lead discussions, reviews, and walkthroughs with PwC.
  • Conduct process analysis and work with senior colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting concepts, financial statements, accounting principles, methods, policies, and accounting standards.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting and analysis skills.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders and communicate complex financial information.
  • Hold a B. Com Graduation or Accounting degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
