Backend Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled backend engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python-based backend frameworks, database management, system architecture, cloud deployment, and server monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI. Implement and manage both SQL and NoSQL databases efficiently.
  • Architect and develop highly scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.
  • Work with message brokers like Kafka for managing data streaming. Implement caching mechanisms using Redis or AWS ElasticCache.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployments.
  • Configure and manage Nginx web servers, including load balancers, proxies, and reverse proxies. Deploy and manage backend services in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Monitor server performance and reliability using tools like Grafana.
  • Implement WebSockets or similar real-time communication/streaming services in production. Develop Low-Level Designs (LLD) and ensure adherence to design patterns and best practices. Contribute to High-Level Design (HLD) for system architecture and component interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Python Frameworks: At least 2 years of professional experience in backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
  • Database Management: Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases.
  • System Architecture: Expertise in designing scalable backend systems and architecture.
  • Message Brokers: Strong expertise in message brokers like Kafka.
  • Caching: Experience with Redis or AWS ElasticCache for caching.
  • Containers: Expertise in deploying code in containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Web Servers: Strong experience with Nginx, load balancers, proxies, and reverse proxies.
  • Cloud Deployment: Hands-on experience in deploying applications in cloud environments.
  • Server Monitoring: Experience using server monitoring tools like Grafana.
  • Streaming Services: Proven experience in implementing WebSockets or similar streaming services in production.
  • Design Patterns: Strong expertise in Low-Level Design (LLD) and Design Patterns.
  • High-Level Design: Strong expertise in High-Level Design (HLD).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in backend development. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
