The company seeks a Financial Accountant to join their team.

This part-time, on-site role will involve preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software.

Responsibilities include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of accounting experience in the IT industry.
  • Preparing and managing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handling end-to-end accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
  • Overseeing payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Overseeing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate, timely recording of financial data.
  • Supporting internal and external audits as required.
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports to management, offering insights and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance and experience with GST, PF, TCS, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
