SAP PP QM Implementation Expert

The role involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP PP& QM, ensuring seamless mapping of client business requirements, processes, and objectives. It requires identifying gaps, issues, and work around solutions, designing, customizing, configuring, and testing PP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with local site IT Directors to gather business requirements through workshops
  • Analyze complex business process requirements in detail
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives effectively
  • Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions
  • Design, customize, configure, and test PP modules
  • Act as liaison with clients, proactively identify and propose enhancements to business processes and systems
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Offer ad-hoc training and user support as required
Requirements:
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in SAP PP/QM implementation
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-cycle implementation as well as in support projects
  • Deep functional knowledge of SAP PP/QM/PM solution capabilities and business process configurations
  • Expertise in MRP, particularly in manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with Plant maintenance related processes
