About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using open-source tools, as well as estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with consultants and business representatives in an international environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Use and adjust testing tools on different contexts to ensure seamless integration and effective testing.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases to ensure thorough testing.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools to increase efficiency and reduce testing time.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to maintain software quality.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements and ensure effective communication.
  • Monitor debugging process results to optimize testing strategies.
  • Plan and support automated testing into the regular build/continuous integration process to ensure smooth deployment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in modern test methods and technologies for cloud-based software products and CI/CD tools. Knowledge of Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Postman would be nice to have. Additionally, you should have experience in test management and TEST FIRST approaches (E2E Workflow Test, Behavior/Test Driven Development etc.), understanding of Software Requirements (such as business processes, Use Cases, User stories or others), and experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe).
