Senior Agentic AI Developer

Agentic AI roles involve creating sophisticated models that incorporate retrieval augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, data scraping/extraction, converting unstructured data to structured formats, state graphs/agentic memory, and API interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building agentic AI multi-node decision models with RAG, semantic search, data scraping/extraction, and state graph constructions
- Developing guardrails, human-in-the-loop methodologies, multi-agent workflows, reflection, citing sources, response verification, and other accuracy-enhancing techniques for agentic responses
- Experience in building technologies like LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith/Google Gemini/OpenAI's API, OpenAI's Swarm/Agents_SDK, vector databases, fine-tuning, SageWorks, BedRock, Docker
- Conducting research, systems architecting, analyzing code, troubleshooting, and writing code with LLMs, Cursor AI, Copilot, etc.
- Crafting proof of concepts for agentic AI solutions with frontend, backend, devops experience
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of full-stack development for AI-driven applications
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps methodologies
- Background in AI research and experimentation
- Offshore-based developer skills including LLM pref Llama, RAG; fine tuning; agent to agent communication & Integration, small models like Phi, good communication
