Senior Frontend Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of our management portal.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a sophisticated, intent-based user interface from scratch, creating workflows that anticipate user needs rather than forcing them through rigid steps.

Responsibilities:
  • Frontend Architecture and Leadership: Define the overall frontend architecture, select core technologies, and establish coding standards and best practices for the UI.
  • UI/UX Vision and Implementation: Collaborate closely with product managers and backend engineers to design and implement a world-class user experience.
  • Component Library Design: Architect, build, and maintain a comprehensive, reusable component library and design system to ensure visual and interactive consistency across the entire application.
  • Hands-On Development: Lead by example, writing clean, maintainable, and high-performance code using modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
  • State Management: Implement and manage sophisticated client-side state using libraries such as Redux or Zustand to handle complex, real-time data flows from our control plane.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with a proven track record of building and shipping complex, user-facing web applications.
  • Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Deep experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, Zustand, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining reusable UI component libraries or design systems.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and a passion for creating intuitive and user-centered interfaces.
