We are seeking a skilled visual storyteller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in videography, video editing, and basic motion graphics.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, creative storytelling skills, and the technical expertise to capture and produce high-quality video content while integrating motion graphics for enhanced visual appeal.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project vision and narrative goals.
  • Develop shot lists and contribute to storyboarding to establish visual style.
  • Plan camera setups, lighting design, and equipment requirements.
  • Operate cameras and direct crew to achieve desired visual results.
  • Design and execute lighting setups that enhance mood, tone, and clarity.
  • Ensure consistent framing, focus, and exposure across all shots.
  • Direct on-set composition, camera movements to maximize storytelling impact.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with cameras, lenses, rigs, and lighting gear.
  • Integrate motion graphics for marketing materials and social media content.
  • Create compelling video narratives through seamless editing.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and optimize workflows.

This role will require travel outside of Bengaluru to cover outstation events.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Cinematographer and Video editor (portfolio required).
  • Expertise in operating professional cameras.
  • Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio recording.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing videography, motion graphics, and visual effects.
  • Proficiency in video editing software - Premiere Pro & After Effects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different shooting environments.
  • A creative thinker with a knack for crafting visually compelling content.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
