Machine Learning Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as pattern recognition, software development, and neural networks on a day-to-day basis.

This role requires expertise in developing and fine-tuning machine learning models, particularly Natural Language Processing (NLP) models. The ideal candidate will have experience with reinforcement learning or multi-agent systems, and familiarity with research methodologies.

The selected candidate will have opportunities to work on exciting projects, collaborating with talented professionals in the field of AI. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to advancing the state-of-the-art in AI and ensure excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot both frontend and backend issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Machine Learning Models: Design and implement machine learning models using various tools and technologies.
  • Deploying Models at Scale: Deploy machine learning models at scale using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • API Integration and Frontend Backend Connection: Integrate APIs and connect frontend interfaces with backend AI systems.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Ensure excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot both frontend and backend issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Research Experience: A proven track record of publications in high-impact international conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or journals.
  • Reinforcement Learning or Multi-Agent Systems: Experience with reinforcement learning or multi-agent systems.
  • AI Model Interpretability and Explainability: Familiarity with research methodologies and the ability to contribute to advancing the state-of-art in AI.
  • Open-Source Contributions: Contributions to open-source AI projects.
