Job Opportunity: Entry-Level Clerk Position
">We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Entry-Level Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, maintaining office files and records, handling paperwork, and providing support to senior staff members.
">- Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize office files and records in a secure and efficient manner.
- Perform data entry, typing, and documentation work with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing bills, vouchers, and simple reports as required.
- Receive and dispatch official letters, emails, and couriers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to senior staff members as needed.
- Attend phone calls and provide information to callers in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
