Job Title: Program Oversight Specialist

As a Program Oversight Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple related initiatives, programs, and/or projects to ensure they align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. This role will manage the program's scope, schedule, and resources while ensuring successful delivery of program outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage program/project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program/project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Establish and monitor program/project metrics according to established methodologies.
  • Identify, assess, and address potential risks and issues that may impact delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Ensure program governance processes are followed, including regular status updates and decision-making forums.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
  • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, MSP, Agile).
  • Proficiency in program management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.
