Job Title: Security Operations Professional

The position of a Security Operations Professional is open to highly skilled and experienced individuals who can effectively manage and maintain liaison with law enforcement authorities and external counsels within defined turnaround times.

This role requires the ability to handle diverse internal stakeholders, analyze and present Management Information System (MIS) reports, follow up on internal and external matters to ensure accurate event documentation, and maintain a focus on workflow management while meeting or exceeding delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage effective communication liaison with Law Enforcement Authorities and external counsels within defined turnaround time.
  • Cultivate relationships with various internal Bank stakeholders.
  • Analyze and present MIS reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of event documentation and complaint details.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity by managing workflow efficiently and meeting or exceeding expectations for timely delivery.
  • Conduct surprise checks, inspections, and training sessions related to employee misconduct and malpractices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, B.B.I, B.M.S) or Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A, M.Com, M.A).
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
