Product Designer Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team of leaders in tech. As a Product Designer, you will play an integral part in the development and optimization of our innovative platform.

Your role will involve working on a variety of exciting and impactful projects, including:

  • Designing the UI/UX of our app
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the entire ecosystem
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product team to design the UI/UX of Monova's app
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the entire ecosystem
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
  • Work closely with founders and head of styling
  • Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation and style guides
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design reviews

Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in Product Design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and process
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, ProtoPie (optional)
  • Good knowledge of visual design
  • Ability to translate thoughts to beautiful designs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment
