Coupa Specialist

As a Coupa Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Coupa P2P modules.

Your responsibilities will include providing support for requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.

• Provide timely and efficient support for Coupa P2P modules, ensuring seamless execution of procurement and finance processes.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a collaborative manner with procurement, finance, and IT teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa, maintaining optimal system security and integrity.
• Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, SSO, and middleware, ensuring smooth data exchange and minimizing disruptions.
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements, guaranteeing a high level of system stability and reliability.
• Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates, fostering strong relationships and resolving complex challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
• Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow or Jira, and integration tools like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
