Network Infrastructure Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Leader with a strong background in data center networking and software-defined networking (SDN) to spearhead our network team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and manage cloud network infrastructure, including physical and SDN networks, ensuring high availability, flexibility, and network performance meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain, audit, review, and update infrastructure documentation to ensure accurate records.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members on daily changes, incidents, and requests to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Oversee a team of network engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and trends to identify risks and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and deliver technical proposals for cloud network infrastructure solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data center networks, L2/L3 technologies, and related systems.
  • Strong fundamentals in WAN & routing technologies, security technologies, switching, and network monitoring protocols.
  • Good knowledge of SDN technologies and hands-on experience with preferred vendors.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly resolve complex network issues.
  • Self-motivated individual with effective project management and completion of complex network tasks.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and keep networking skills current.
