Job Title:

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role that involves financial planning, analysis, and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to develop and maintain the company's periodic forecast and annual planning. They will also provide stakeholders with in-depth analysis and insights into revenue and cost aspects, including actuals versus plan reviews and account analysis.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will utilize their finance knowledge to create, generate, and analyze reports that impact financial performance. They will also develop and deliver key internal and external presentations, leveraging Excel and database skills to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the company's periodic forecast and annual planning.
  • Provide stakeholders with in-depth analysis and insights into revenue and cost aspects.
  • Create, generate, and analyze reports that impact financial performance.
  • Develop and deliver key internal and external presentations.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years or 5-12 years of experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Preferred CA or MBA degree.
  • Sharp analytical skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work across multiple teams and manage timelines.
