Job Title: Enterprise Talent Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to coordinate our enterprise MSP/VMS talent program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the VMS operations team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates for must-have skills, rate, location, and notice period.
  • Prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the VMS; verify documentation and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports on submittals, interviews, offers, and starts.
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers; run concise daily stand-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
  • Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
  • Clear written and spoken English; consistent U.S. overlap availability.
