**Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning Engineer Role**

\

This position involves developing an AI-native software that enhances both creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

\

We are looking for a skilled individual with 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science to join our team.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, and be proficient in Python and data oriented algorithms.

\

Distributed computing frameworks like Ray are a plus. We also encourage experience with vector databases.

\

You should be able to build high performance Search and RAG, data indexing, ranking, query processing, and evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance.

\

Some recent demonstrated experience in (and excitement for) building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems and planet scale information retrieval systems is desired.

\

\

We work mostly in python, and have both LlamaIndex and LangChain code in our emerging RAG stack. Our approach is design-centric, underpinned by market analysis, user research, and a dedication to scientific thinking and automation.
