Job Description
Counselling Trainees will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to understand the fundamentals of academic counselling. They will assist in providing career guidance and academic counselling to students, participate in training sessions, and engage in impactful projects related to student development.

The Counselling Trainee will also contribute to various projects that support academic counselling initiatives, learn to effectively communicate with students, and understand their academic and career needs. They will work closely with senior counsellors and receive feedback and continuous improvement of counselling skills under mentorship.
