Frontend Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineering Manager to lead our team of frontend developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex user interfaces using modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, efficient, and responsive user interfaces that meet business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality by conducting peer code reviews, writing unit tests, and adhering to coding best practices.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize web performance to ensure fast load times and responsive design across devices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Expertise in Modern Web Technologies: Proficient in using front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and task runners like Gulp or Grunt.
  2. Frontend Development: Experience with React ecosystem tools (Redux, React Router, Context API, Hooks) and proficient in using front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  3. Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  4. Version Control: Understanding of Version Control using Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
  5. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Knowledge of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
