**Job Overview:**

As a seasoned DMPK professional, you will play a critical role in the development of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute DMPK studies to support ADC and mAb programs from discovery through IND-enabling stages.
  • Develop and apply advanced bioinformatics tools to quantify biologics using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms.
  • Apply innovative techniques for function-based identification and selection of ADC and mAb lead candidates with a focus on DMPK profiling.
  • Interpret complex DMPK data and provide actionable insights to cross-functional project teams.
  • Represent DMPK functions in internal and external meetings, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree in Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related field with 5-15 years' experience.
  • Expertise in DMPK principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences.
  • Strong communication, innovation, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
  • Experience with SOPs, study protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation.
