Research Mathematician

Imagine working on high-impact AI research projects that push the boundaries of human knowledge.

We are seeking a PhD-level researcher in mathematics to test the reasoning capabilities of large language models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will create math problems, analyze model responses, and identify gaps in logic or understanding. The goal is to measure how well these models handle abstract thinking and structured problem-solving.

• You'll work independently to develop challenging math problems and review how AI systems solve them.
• Share insights on how well AI models understand complex reasoning and logical steps.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a Ph.D. or Postdoctoral in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Able to provide clear, constructive feedback with examples.
• Strong written communication, especially in remote settings.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Stable computer and internet access.

Project Details
