Global IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Global IT Support Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for various software applications, including Office 365, On-Premise active directory, and On-premise Exchange.
Job Requirements- Supports senior Leads in execution and implementation of day-to-day activities or other tasks as required on a case-by-case basis.
- Provides up to level 2 support for the following services: Office365, Exchange online, AzureAD, Teams, Teams Telephony, Office365 security and compliance.
- Available and willing to work shifts across different time zones to support our global operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to identify and mitigate risks to service delivery.
The successful candidate will work under direct supervision and review of Lead Global UC Head.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and adapt quickly with technology changes and infrastructure reforms.
