Job Title: Engineer - Material Management

At ReNew, we are seeking a highly skilled Materials Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validation Design: Develop and implement design validation based on targeted failure modes using FMEA and Six Sigma techniques.
  • Raw Materials Management: Develop in-house testing setups for new and upcoming raw materials, and ensure a basic understanding of raw materials used in PV module production and their impact on product performance.
  • Material Issuance: Manage material issuance as per the Delivery Order & Material Requisition, and reconcile RM scrap & its In-bound Delivery.
  • Production Consumables: Manage and procure production consumables, and prepare Min & Max for consumables & its issuance based on requirement.
Requirements:
  • Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma with 2-5 years of experience.
  • Experience: Added advantage to candidates possessing experience in PV module industry.
