Chief Interior Design Expert

A Creative Designer is responsible for crafting interior designs that meet client needs and expectations. To achieve this, they must possess excellent creative thinking skills and be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Owning the Sales process and driving Sales Closure
- Leading and owning Customer Experience during a project
- Owning quality and accuracy of design deliverables
- Managing an end-to-end Project lifecycle
- A Graduate or relevant diploma holder with 15 years' academic education
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Creative Designer
- Led and delivered 5-6 Residential projects
- Proficient in design tools, presentation software, and AutoCAD
- Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, module planning), and civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
- Able to create Bills of Quantities for customers, coordinate with internal & external agencies, and drive sales through logical & trusted sales pitches
- Exhibits behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp & meaningful communication, and a willingness to learn
