About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled and delivery-focused AI Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI solutions.

  • Manage cross-functional teams of AI developers, data scientists, and MLOps engineers to build scalable, production-grade AI systems.
  • Translate architectural blueprints into executable components, prototypes, and production-ready services.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering projects using GenAI, LLMs, or Transformer models and solid understanding of prompt engineering, APIs, data preprocessing, and model integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day execution of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment to architectural design.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, BAs, and MLOps engineers to build end-to-end AI workflows.
  • Supervise integration of AI services with business systems and ensure model outputs are usable, interpretable, and reliable.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development, with 2–3 years in team leadership roles.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps tools.
  • Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration platforms, LLMOps, or auto-evaluation frameworks.
